Book: We All Want Impossible Things, Catherine Newman (beautiful study on grief and love)
Film: Juno, Jason Reitman (as silly as this film is, I re watched it so many times because something about Elliot resonated with me as a young queer and trans actor to feel like who I was/wanted to be was possible)
Trip: a trip to Van Island in 2023 that made me fall back in love with life and the natural world
Advice: be open to listening for what you can offer to any space you step into
