Advice: The idea that you can trust your future self to figure things out to some extent, you don’t have to (and can’t really) figure everything out before taking a leap (wish I’d learned earlier, still working on it...). Imperfection is what makes us unique and allows for more meaningful connections. And finally, the big life learning process is in holding space for the complexity of emotions that often co-exist in moments rather than necessarily expecting to get to a place where simply the ‘positive’ emotions exist.
